The CHSC Manual Depalletizers is a simple depalletizer that can be used on various metal cans, and other bottles found in todays diversivied bottle industry.

Features:

• Manual Opening doors on the hoist bin to load full pallets and to manually remove the empty pallet from the top of th scissor lift.

• Hydrualic scisscor lift with an up/down control with an auto-height control that will increment each layer of the pallet.

• Powered sweep driven from the accumulator drive motor with an air clutch to provide pressure agaiinst the last row of that layer, the sweep will slip so as not to over pressure that layeron the accumulator. Manual operated return of the sweep bar with a switch to disengage the air-clutch.

• Multiple table top accumulator with single filer and roller combiner board.

• PLC Controlled.
