The CHSC Lane Divider is a servo controlled divider that will take one lane of product which will discharge into multiple lanes.

The CHSC Lane Divider will do up to 500 bottles per minute, faster than 500 bottles per minute consult with factory.

 

The Servo-Laner consists of three sub-assemblies:

  • Infeed Conveyors and lane direction conveyors
  • The laner device or "shooter"
  • Electrical Control Panel

 

Features:

  • Servo Motor Controlled.
  • Lexan interlocking speed frame guarding
  • Lane count sensor.
  • Lane shift anti-jam sensor while shifting.
  • Backup sensor, so product doesn't back-up into divider.
  • PLC Controlled.
